In this section, we’ve provided you with some resources to help you work with buyers more effectively.

The Buyer Questionnaire is intended to help you get to know your buyer better and also to make sure they’re serious about purchasing in general, and with you specifically.  This can potentially help you weed people out that are truly “just looking” and also more effectively serve your buyers that know what they’re looking for.

The Triple Win Letter can be used when low inventory is preventing your qualified buyer from purchasing. It’s a win for your buyer, the potential seller, and for you too!  Send it out to homes in neighborhoods your client is interested in purchasing in that are not on the market.  We can almost guarantee you’ll generate some interest and maybe even score that triple win!
